We had a wonderful stay at Dorint in Vlotho. The hotel staff spoke English fluently and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a big desk. The blackout curtains were a nice touch, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the breakfast selection and the evening meals at the restaurant, which were reasonably priced. the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided great value for money.

The hotel was not very easy to find initially. 🗺️ However, once we arrived, we were delighted with our stay.

The spacious and comfortable room with a large bed was the highlight of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a one-night stopover while traveling.

The hotel in Vlotho was the ideal starting point for our family's excursions in the Weserbergland and the Teutoburg Forest. We had many possibilities to organize our daily adventures, from water skiing and sailing to boat tours on the surrounding water. It was a great chance for us to explore the beautiful nature and spend quality time together as a family.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could offer more family-friendly amenities, such as a children's play area or activities specifically tailored for kids.

The internet was not working at all which made by business trip more difficult, there was a signal but it kepy saying no internet access.

This hotel is perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. It is located in a nice area, near the highway and it's perfect for those travelers who want to have some rest on a long journey. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with a flat-screen TV and a fridge full of drinks and snacks. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and clean towels. The breakfast is delicious and served in a renovated restaurant.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool and wellness landscape, which could enhance guests' experience.

We wanted a non smoking room and we received a smoking one and the smell was not very nice To arrive at the third floor, we had to take the stairs or change two elevators.

It's a Best Western hotel so the room was very clean, quite large but not particularly cosy. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was one of the best lamb shanks I have had in a long time. Very good price too. The real measure of a hotel (be it 3* or 5*) is when you ask them to do something out of the ordinary. I foolishly left my coat in the room and continued on my journey through Germany to Denmark. I contacted the hotel and asked them to look for my coat. They had already found it and they willingly sent it to me in Denmark. That is good service and with a smile. I shall return. Auf wiedersehen.
